About the Role

Eddington Law, a personal injury firm in Denver, is seeking a detail-oriented, people-first Intake & Case Manager to be the heartbeat of our office. This hybrid role combines front-desk reception, new client intake, and active case management — ideal for someone who thrives on organization, empathy, and keeping many balls in the air.

You will be the first voice a potential client hears when they call after an accident, and the steady hand guiding them through their case from first call to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Intake (60%)

- Answer inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries promptly and professionally using Clio Grow

- Conduct thorough intake interviews with prospective clients (phone and in-person)

- Collect accident details, insurance information, and documentation

- Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and follow up on pending sign-ups

- Run conflict checks and open new case files

Case Management (30%)

- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement using Clio Manage

- Request and track medical records, bills, and police reports

- Communicate regularly with clients, providing status updates and empathetic support

- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel

- Maintain case deadlines, calendars, and statutes of limitations

- Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation

- Update case statuses and notes in SmartAdvocate consistently

Receptionist / Front Office (10%)

- Greet office visitors warmly and manage the reception area

- Screen and route incoming calls; take accurate messages

- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and scanning

- General administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish — fluency in both languages is a MANDATORY requirement for this role.

- 1+ years in a law firm (PI preferred) OR 2+ years customer service/medical office with strong admin skills

- Experience with Clio Grow and Manage

- Excellent phone presence and written communication

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred: PI/medical terminology familiarity, notary certification

Compensation & Benefits

- $40,000–$55,000 based on experience

- Health insurance stipend up to $500/month

- Paid time off + paid holidays

- Growth opportunities as the firm expands
