Construction Manager | Infrastructure & Grid Resiliency

\n \nWe're seeking experienced Construction Managers / Field Coordinators to support a large utility distribution construction program focused on infrastructure replacement, system hardening, and reliability improvements across the Gulf Coast region. This is a field-based role supporting active construction projects and contractor operations. The program currently covers thousands of assets and is expected to remain active for multiple years.
\n \nThe successful candidate will provide field oversight of utility construction activities, coordinate contractor crews, monitor safety and quality performance, resolve field issues, track construction progress, and support project execution from planning through completion. \n \nWhat You'll Be Doing
\n \nProviding field leadership on active utility construction projects, coordinating multiple contractor crews, driving safety performance, monitoring quality and production, solving field challenges in real time, supporting capital improvement and resiliency initiatives, utilizing technology and field applications to improve project execution, and ensuring projects stay on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
\n \nWhat We're Looking For
\n \n8-10+ years of utility T&D experience, strong distribution construction experience, utility construction oversight, construction management or field coordination experience, contractor and crew management, safety leadership, experience supporting capital projects, ability to work independently in the field, willingness to travel throughout the service territory, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to construction execution. Distribution experience is the top priority, transmission experience is highly desirable, T&D safety experience is a major plus, and candidates who are comfortable with technology and digital field tools will stand out.
\n \nSchedule
\n \n5/10 schedule with approximately 10 hours of overtime weekly. Travel throughout the assigned territory will be required as project work progresses.
