Additional salary increases have been regular for 4.5 years. Real estate agents will work between 20 and 40 hours per week. Activities include squatting, bending, standing and walking. Repetitive work tasks, such as cleaning and searching the aircraft in addition to working in tight spaces and kneeling for long periods in the cabin. Sometimes these jobs will be done in extreme weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, to name a few). Summary of Services (not all services complete): Thoroughly clean, sanitize and clean the aircraft cabin, including all cabin seats, bathrooms, washrooms, lounges and the airport terminal. Pick up and transport cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies required for aircraft maintenance. Conduct flight safety inspections in accordance with safety and security procedures as required by law. Drive slowly and operate ground equipment such as cars, trucks and tractors in crowded areas. Handle flight decks in accordance with current safety procedures. Bends and lifts frequently to clean and/or search all areas needed. Works with electronic devices and computers to ensure aircraft are cleaned and maintained to required standards. Adopt safety practices in all work processes and procedures.
