Deep Market Making (DMM) is an early-stage enterprise AI company pioneering proprietary Large Event Models (LEMs) for high-frequency algorithmic decisioning. Our initial commercial focus is capital markets, where DMM’s technology is already in production and builds on deep machine-learning expertise developed at firms including JPMorgan Chase. We’re a small, entrepreneurial team building from the ground up, offering the opportunity to work directly with company leadership and participate in the value you help create.

Role Description

Deep Market Making is looking for a smart, scrappy, tech-savvy builder to build our account-based demand engine from the ground up. This hands-on individual-contributor role will work directly with our CEO and sales team to engage target buyer personas within a defined set of high-value accounts and generate qualified meetings and pipeline. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, move quickly, leverage AI and automation, and scale what works.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute ABM programs across DMM’s target accounts and buyer personas.
• Experiment across channels—including LinkedIn, email, content, events, website/inbound, and emerging approaches—to create qualified engagement.
• Turn DMM’s technology, customer proof, and POV into compelling campaigns and buyer-facing content.
• Work tightly with Sales on targeting, messaging, follow-up, qualification, and conversion.
• Use AI, automation, account intelligence, and analytics to operate with leverage and identify what’s working.
• Continuously test and optimize against qualified meetings and pipeline generated.

Who We’re Looking For

• Resourceful, curious, and scrappy—you figure things out rather than wait for a playbook.
• Hands-on experience with ABM, demand generation, or targeted B2B programs that have generated qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable rapidly learning and using AI, automation, analytics, and modern GTM tools.
• Strong communicator who can translate sophisticated technology into clear, compelling buyer-facing messaging and content.
• Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable working directly with founders and sellers in a fast-moving startup.
• Familiarity with fintech, trading, capital markets, enterprise software, or AI/ML is a plus—but learning velocity and demonstrated ability matter more than pedigree.

Compensation

• Equity plus performance incentives tied to qualified meetings and pipeline generated.
