Position Overview As a valued member of a client-focused team, you will guide individuals through the health insurance process while building trust and providing outstanding support every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities - Educate clients on health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options.
- Serve as a trusted advocate by providing personalized support, guidance, and education.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through email communication.
- Assist clients with enrollment processes, policy questions, and ongoing service needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Help manage increased client volume during enrollment periods and peak seasons.
- Participate in community outreach events, educational seminars, and networking opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and reliability.

Qualifications Required Qualifications - Previous office or administrative experience.

- Professional, dependable, and highly motivated work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications - Active Montana Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain licensure.
- Experience in a medical office, pharmacy, healthcare, insurance, or senior services environment.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and enrollment processes.
- Experience working directly with clients in a consultative or service-focused role.
