Job Description

Command the Region. Define Your Legacy.

In the landscape of specialized medicine, there are those who compete, and those who command. Surgical Dermatology Group, an elite partner of the AQUA Dermatology network, invites a Board-Certified, Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon to claim a position of unrivaled clinical influence in Dothan-the medical powerhouse of Southeast Alabama.

This is not a vacancy to be filled; it is a surgical dynasty to be inherited.

The Practice: A Fortress of Efficiency

Dothan serves as the healthcare heartbeat for a 15-county radius. At SDG, we have engineered a "White Glove" surgical environment that allows you to focus solely on the margin and the reconstruction.

• Immediate High-Acuity Volume: Step into a "super-busy" schedule from Day 1. With a massive internal referral engine and a community that views SDG as the gold standard, your surgical bays will be curated and full.

• The "Flow" of Excellence: We have eliminated the friction of the mundane. You are supported by a hand-picked team of veteran Advanced Practice Providers and elite MAs who anticipate every step of the Mohs process.

• Absolute Flexibility: We believe the best surgeons are those who are well-rested and inspired. We offer bespoke scheduling -whether you seek a high-intensity immersion or a strategic part-time role that complements your current lifestyle.

• State-of-the-Art Sanctuary: Operate in cutting-edge surgical suites designed for optimal ergonomics and patient outcomes, backed by the robust administrative power of the AQUA network.

The Destination: Dothan-The Hidden Jewel of the "New South"

Dothan is a city of "Quiet Luxury"-a place where high-net-worth stability meets the ease of Southern elegance.

• The Regional Hub: As the commercial and medical center for the tri-state area, Dothan offers a lifestyle that far outpaces its size-championship golf on the Robert Trent Jones Trail, refined dining, and a sophisticated social fabric.

• Equestrian & Estate Living: Dothan offers the rare opportunity to own a sprawling estate or an equestrian farm minutes from the clinic-luxury of space that is vanished in major metropolitan areas.

• The 30A Connection: You are a mere 90-minute drive from the emerald waters and white sands of the Florida Panhandle. Work in the high-demand hub of Alabama; spend your weekends in the luxury of 30A and Destin.

• Wealth Retention: Benefit from an aggressive production model and a low cost of living. In Dothan, your professional success translates directly into significant, generational wealth

The Signature Invitation

We seek a visionary surgeon who possesses a commitment to stellar patient outcomes and a desire to practice at the top of their license.
