- Group shifts together with flexible scheduling options, including 24 and 48-hour shifts
Community Level II NICU Opportunities: - Manage your own patient population while working autonomously at the extent of your training
- Ideal for NNPs who enjoy autonomy and practicing in community-based settings.

- Banner Gateway Medical Center - Gilbert
- Banner Ocotillo Medical Center - Chandler
- Banner Casa Grande Medical Center - Casa Grande

Level III NICU Opportunities - Structured onboarding and mentorship program for new graduates

Benefits and Compensation Starting Pay Range (Base Pay) : $122,000-$164,000.
