This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate employer and is responsible for all employment decisions. Job Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to maintain standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet their goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Job Requirements Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
